  Candidates for massage, nail, and skin care specialists must have a current state license, not just be in pursuit of one. They must look the part of a spa professional; clean and well kept. Must be a team player, looking to further not only their personal careers, but the success of the spa as well. Candidates must be actively seeking new clientele and must pursue client retention. They must perform thorough treatments which includes recommending appropriate home care products. Pay structure is based on employee status, tiered commission structure with retail commission. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

  Candidates for spa representative positions must possess strong retail sales skills and be able to meet sales goals. There is a strong emphasis on customer service, touring, and scheduling appointments, as well as retail, gift certificate, and service sales. Candidates must be hard-working, outgoing, and professional. They must look the part of a spa professional; clean and well kept. Retail management a plus. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Pay structure is based on an hourly rate, plus retail commission and bonus based on sales goals.
