In order to provide our guests with the most luxurious ambiance and

pampering treatments,

we specialize only in SPA Treatments.

Children 

For the comfort of others receiving relaxing services, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving spa treatments. Children under 15 years of age must not be left unattended, either in the spa or bath shop. We ask that small children are not brought into the spa at any time, if not receiving spa treatments.

Cell Phones 

For the comfort of others receiving relaxing services, cell phones are not permitted in the spa. Phones are permitted in the bath shop.

Payments  

We accept cash, most major credit cards and personal checks with a valid driver’s license. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Gratuities 

Gratuities are not included in the price of a la carte spa treatments but are customarily given to acknowledge good service. Although completely discretionary, the typical range is 15-20%. All spa packages, spa journeys and Dream Escapes have gratuities included, as stated in menu.

Gift Certificates 

All gift certificates/cards sales are final (non-refundable) and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate/card. Gift certificates must be presented at time of redemption. DayDreams is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Cards have no cash value and must be used in full. No change is given for remaining balances. Gift Cards can be used towards spa services or choose from hundreds of products in our Spa Gift Boutique.

Spa Parties 

Our facilities make it an ideal place to hold your next group event, be a Bridal Party, friend’s night out or a corporate event. Let our Spa Events Coordinator help plan your special day.

Reserving Spa Treatments  

To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time we recommend making your reservation well in advance. A credit card or Gift Certificate number will be required at the time of reservation.

Health Issues 

Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious condition. Due to specific health problems some spa treatments could have severe complications. First time guests will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and our professionals may ask additional questions. This information is for your care at DayDreams and protected as highly confidential information.

Arrivals  

We encourage our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time to check in, prepare for your treatments and relax. Late arrivals will result in a shortened spa experience, as your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. You will be charged the full service price.

Cancellations   Your appointment time is reserved just for you and at times you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the proper notice of cancellation will result in a full service charge.

 

Attire  A robe, slippers and locker is provided for all guests receiving spa packages. We do not have lockers available for every guest receiving individual spa treatments or manicures and pedicures. Disposable undergarments are provided for all body treatments for women, but swim suits are suitable as well. Men must wear swim trunks in all body treatments and may not be exposed in any spa treatments.

 

Valuables  We ask that you do not bring valuables to the spa, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
