THINGS TO KNOW

* In order to provide our guests with the most

 luxurious ambiance and pampering treatments, we

 specialize only in SPA services.

*Couple’s suite available.

*Cancellations: Your appointment time was reserved just

 for you and at times you may need to change your

 appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours

 notice. Multiple appointments must be

 reserved with a credit card or a gift certificate

 number. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result

 in a 50% service charge.

*Scheduling: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your

 scheduled appointment to allow time for check in and

 to prepare for your treatments. Ladies please arrive

 early if you would like to shower or use the sauna

 before your scheduled treatment. Men please arrange

 ahead of time if you will need a shower and bring

 shorts to use in the sauna.

 

*Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will reduce service time

 or may be rescheduled.

*Payments: We accept cash, most major credit cards and

 personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any

 returned checks.

*Gift Certificates: All gift certificates are

 non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase another

 gift certificate. Gift certificates must be presented

 at time of redemption. DayDreams is not responsible

 for lost or stolen gift certificates.

*Returns: Unopened merchandise may be returned for a

 full refund within 7 days of purchase. All returns

 must be accompanied by a store receipt. Opened

 merchandise is non-refundable.

*Children: For the comfort of others receiving relaxing

 services, children are not permitted in the spa without

 an appointment. Children under 16 years of age must

 not be left unattended, either in spa or bath shop.

*No Smoking: For the comfort of all, we are a

 non-smoking environment.

*Cell Phones & Pagers: For the comfort of others

 receiving relaxing services, cell phones and pagers

 are not permitted in the spa. Phones are permitted in

 the bath shop.

*Health Issues: Please be forthcoming with any personal

 health issues, such as high blood pressure, heart

 conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious

 condition.
