Spa Facilities
Our spa is complete with men’s and women’s locker area, plush robes, and comfortable slippers. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, infused water, mimosas, and champagne, as well as complimentary fruit and snacks.
Arrival Policy
We kindly request that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled. Where possible we will accommodate late arrivals. However, if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival your treatment time may be shortened at full service price.
Spa Kid Etiquette
We love our spa kids and want them to enjoy our facilities. As such, we strongly encourage all parents to remain in the treatment room with minors under the age of 10. For the enjoyment of all of our guests we ask that minors are supervised at all times while in the spa. We reserve the right to request that unruly or disruptive children leave the facility.
Gift Certificates
Gift the gift of All gift cards and certificates sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate or gift card. Gift certificate must be presented at time of redemption. DayDreams is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Attire
A robe, slippers and locker is provided to all guests receiving multiple treatment or to anyone by request. Disposable undergarments are provided for all body treatments, but guests may also bring in their own bathing suits.
Refunds

Unopened retail items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Deposits
We require a 25% deposit for all packages, group bookings, and services for clients with a previous no show. Deposits can be made with credit card or gift card.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice of any changes and/or cancellations. Failure to provide timely notice of cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $10 for a single service or full deposit for multiple services.
No Shows
We understand life happens to everyone and some cancellations are unavoidable. However, consistent missed appointments or late cancellations have a significant impact on our therapists’ time and income. As a result, clients with more than one no-show on record may be required to provide a nonrefundable deposit equal to the cost of the service when booking future appointments.
Booking Spa Treatments

To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time, we recommend making your reservation well in advance, especially during the weeks immediately following Christmas and Mother’s Day. In order to reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of the reservation. All credit/gift card information is stored securely off-site by our electronic funds payment processor.

Health Issues

Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious condition. First time guests will be asked to complete a questionnaire and our therapists may ask additional questions. This information is to ensure a safe service and is protected as highly confidential information.

Patient Records

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All spa-related records are stored electronically, off-site, and in a secure manner. The information contained in your spa record is treated as confidential.
