Our Policies

All gift card and certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate or card. Gift card or certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. DayDreams is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or certificates. Gift cards and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. DayDreams gift cards and certificates do not ever expire. However, because we frequently update the services and packages offered, after one year, gift certificates are redeemable only for the dollar value originally purchased.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice of any changes and/or cancellations. Failure to provide timely notice of cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $10 for a single service or 10% of the services’ total, whichever is greater.

To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time, we recommend making your reservation well in advance, especially during the weeks immediately following Christmas and Mother’s Day. In order to reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of the reservation. All credit/gift card information is stored securely off-site by our electronic funds payment processor.

Because our treatments are prompt, we kindly request that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. We always try to make every accommodation for late arrivals. However, if we are unable to do so because of booking constraints or otherwise, your treatment time may be shortened at full service price.

Our spa is complete with men’s and women’s locker areas, plush robes, and comfortable slippers. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, infused waters, mimosas, and champagne, as well as complimentary fruits and snacks.

Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious condition. First time guests will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and our therapists may ask additional questions. This information is to ensure a safe service and is protected as highly confidential information.

A robe, slippers and locker is provided to all guests receiving multiple treatments or to anyone by request. Disposable undergarments are provided for all body treatments, but guests may also bring in their own bathing suits.

Unopened retail items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All spa-related records are stored electronically, off-site, and in a secure manner. The information contained in your spa record is treated as confidential. Every guest that has undergone any medical aesthetic procedure will also have a separate electronic medical record. The electronic medical records software that we employ is both secure and HIPAA compliant. Access to medical records at DayDreams Day Spa & Med Spa is highly restricted, and only those employees who assist with medical procedures retain the ability to review a patient’s medical records.
